It doesn’t matter where we are…it’s important to remember our brave Canadian soldiers and all that they have done for us.
As part of our homeschooling, we created a short video on the Canadian war effort based on our visits to different Canadian battle sites in Northern France and Belgium.
About the Author
For the past twenty plus years, Katina has been focused on the effective integration of technology to support and amplify student learning. As the Canadian Education Strategist for Dell Technologies, Katina has been able to fulfill her passions by creating programs to support underserved students at both K12 and Post Secondary. Outside of work, Katina enjoys spending time with family, dancing, the Arts, sports, travel and is always up for adventure!

It was very depressing going around the cemeteries and seeing all of those graves of the young soldiers who died. It was also very nice to see that they were respected and well taken care of.

Thanks for sharing! This was played at our assembly this morning, and I really think it helped our students have a better understanding of today and why it’s important to remember.
