Aloha! Did you know that “aloha” means hello and goodbye?
North America was amazing and even though we live here, there is so much that we don’t know about our continent and even our own country. It was so much fun revisiting all of our photos and sharing our experiences with you all. On this Global Fieldtrip night, we covered British Columbia (Canada), LA, Hawaii and Alaska (USA).
Congratulations to Jade, who answered the question “what kind of flower is this?” correctly. The answer was an Ohia Lehua blossom, and it is found in Hawaii.
We had a great time and hope you enjoyed all of the foods and desserts. For dinner we ate potato salad, chicken long rice, and pork from Hawaii, and maple salmon from Alaska. To end off the night, we had Baked Alaska, Hawaiian dream cake, and Canadian butter tarts for dessert.
Next, and last, stop on the trip…….
Stunning South America!
